this song accompanied me through today.
it was singing in my head as i woke up, washed up, and replied to messages.
it was still stuck in my head as i walked to school, got ready for assembly and went up to class.

i held back.
i promised you, and myself that i wouldn't cry even if i failed everything we got back today.
and i kept to it.
i'm a brave girl.
it took me alot of courage to face the marks that flashed before me.

disappointment came and went.
especially during english.
maybe i haven't worked hard enough.
i only have myself to blame.
but deep inside, i know i've put in my best efforts.
at least i have nothing on my conscience.
i guess i'm just too accustomed to failing alr.
the feelings that came were nothing like those when i faced failing subjects.
i was much more calm today.
perhaps my soul has alr gotten used to my failing results, and has decided that it will not bother about them anymore.
